I love taking photos of families in their home environment and getting all those details that you don't know you wanted until you see it. These sessions are way less posed and a lot more candid; maybe it's the nursery right before your firstborn child comes; maybe it's reading a book to your toddler. Maybe it's a photo of grandma's hands, of the table your dad made, or the lunch you made for a passel of singing kids with chubby hands covered in mud and lollipop smears.
