Engagement

I still glance through my own engagement photos all these years later. It's a beautiful reminder to me of that wonderful and awkward season between dating and marriage. There's an "already, not yet" feel in the engagement period where you are so in love with this person and know you want to spend the rest of your lives together, but haven't yet experienced the covenant of the marriage union. It's a time of anticipation and eagerness to finally be wed!
